Pinette Emidecau Industries is pleased to announce that Jerome Hubert has taken over Lagoutte Holdings which includes Pinette Emidecau Industries. PEI is a well known engineering and manufacturing company for automatic composite moulding systems and also through its division JEAN PERROT INDUSTRIES for sheet metal working machinery.

After graduating with an engineering and management degree, Jerome Hubert spent the last 25 years working in composites and automotive industries. His experience includes both commercial and managerial responsibilities in France and North America.

Assisted by the present management team, Mr. Hubert will be in charge of all operations at PEI. He will also benefit from the Lagoutte family's experience.

The present development strategy will be continued and reinforced through additional resources. PEI’s international growth and innovation program will be of added value and service to its customers.
